Project Description:
Children are placed in a scenario some will find familiar – having to explain things about a computer to their grandparents. They are to develop a newsletter/pamphlet that covers details about the different parts of a computer, how they work and how they transmit data. After observing some of the behaviours typical of someone unfamiliar with computers, they’ll then work together to identify components and use this new found knowledge to produce a piece of informative writing.
