We need a heavy Information Technology representation for developing the Technologies Framework. Please consider through your own school.
The BSSS invites senior secondary teachers to nominate to develop the Technologies Framework.
In 2017, the Board endorsed development of the Technologies Framework. The current Information Technology, Fashion & Textiles, Design and Technology frameworks will not be redeveloped. Courses under the Information Technology, Fashion & Textiles, Design and Technology frameworks will now be written under the Technologies Framework.
A cross-sector group will be appointed to redevelop this framework. Redevelopment of the Framework will occur in Term 1. Funding will be provided to schools to cover relief costs for teachers undertaking this work. It is envisaged that 2 days will be involved.

Applications can be emailed or posted to Kristofer by Friday 23 February 2018.
Note: Teachers who applied for the development of the Information Technologies Framework in 2017 need not re-apply. Your application will be considered in this round.
